Shipping and Purchase Policy

All items sold by Sneakhers Canada Ltd. are brand new and authentic. Due to the nature of the goods, Sneakhers Canada Ltd. has a no refund, no return, no exchange policy. Sneakers and Streetwear sold by Sneakhers Canada Ltd. may have minor inconsistencies due to the way they are produced in a mass nature, Sneakers Canada Ltd. is not responsible for these.

SneakHers Canada is NOT liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items on any orders in which additional shipping protection was not purchased at check out via Route.  Sneakhers Canada Ltd. strongly recommends purchasing additional insurance at check out via Route. Failure to purchase additional shipping protection (via Route) means the purchaser acknowledges and takes on  100% of the risk and clears Sneakhers Canada Ltd. of any liability. 

Packages that require signature and that are not signed for at the door will go to a nearby post office or pick-up location. Customers are required to pick up the package within the time frame their notice informs them (typically packages are held for 5 business days). Customers are responsible to track their shipments. 

Should a package be tampered/damaged/stolen or lost, Purchaser is responsible to address the situation with the shipping  & insurance company (Route). If shipping insurance was not purchased via Route, no coverage is included. Sneakhers Canada Ltd. will ship the products to the address provided by the purchaser upon payment transaction. Purchaser is aware that the processing time on orders may take up to a week.

All orders typically ship within 3 days of purchase. Delays in weather and seasonal traffic may cause a delay in processing time. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped!

  • Canadian shipments are shipped to the customer with signature required. If no one signs, it is shipped to the nearest Canada Post location for your pickup to mitigate risk and avoid porch piracy. You will be able to locate your package location via the tracking number in the event you do not receive a pickup slip in your mailbox. 
  • American shipments are shipped via FedEx and require a signature upon arrival. Failure to provide a signature will result in the package being taken to the nearest FedEx pick-up location. You will be able to locate your package location via the tracking number in the event you do not receive a pickup slip in your mailbox. The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. SneakHers Canada Ltd. is not liable or responsible for these fees. 
  • International shipments are shipped via the best available shipping option available (usually FedEx). The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. SneakHers Canada Ltd. is not liable or responsible for these fees. 

Package Insurance 

SneakHers Canada is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we strongly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-6 business days depending on shipping destination.
