RETURN POLICY

All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

All Apparels are Final Sale. 

SneakHers Canada Ltd. is not responsible for any manufacturing deficiencies which may include, but not limited to: excess glue, stitching, leather creases. 

SneakHers Canada Ltd. is not responsible for any damages caused by wear.

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct size that will provide the fit that is desired. No size swaps. 

SneakHers Canada Ltd. is NOT liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items on any orders in which additional shipping protection was not purchased at check out via Route.  

Customers not in Canada are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, shipping, and brokerage fees incurred. SneakHers Canada Ltd. will not be responsible for any packages that do not have their respective duties, taxes, and brokerage fees paid for. 

Packages that require signature and that are not signed for at the door will go to a nearby post office or pick-up location. Customers are required to pick up the package within the time frame their notice informs them (typically packages are held for 5 business days). Customers are responsible to track their shipments.
